Jeree Menning P.T.,OCS, CSCS - Physical Therapist/Clinic Owner
Jeree grew up in Sioux City, IA attending Sioux City East High where she was a 3x All-State softball player and standout athlete in Basketball and Volleyball. She attended Morningside College in Sioux City and graduated with a Bachelor's in Science with a Biology Major and Double Minor in Chemistry and Psychology. While at Morningside she was named a 1st Team Academic All-American and NCAA/NSCA Div II 1st Team All American softball player and completed in the 1996 Olympic Softball team Trials.
After Morningside, she attended Mayo Clinic Program in Physical Therapy in Rochester, MN and obtained a Master's in Physical Therapy in 1998. Jeree started her initial career at the Nebraska Medical Center, and in 2003 accepted a position working in aquatics and outpatient Orthopedics at the newly built Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital (NOH) which is now OrthoNebraska. She worked 11 years for NOH and during that time was certified in Aquatics, obtained her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialization (CSCS) and passed her National Board Certification in Orthopaedics (OCS). Only 2% of Physical Therapists Nationwide have a OCS certification and there is only one other OCS certified therapist in Fremont. She was an integral part of the softball/baseball Perfect Pitch rehab program seeing both softball and baseball players throughout the Omaha area treating various sports injuries with an emphasis on shoulders. She also has continuing education instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization of Graston Technique, Kinesiotaping, and Dry Needling.
In 2013, Jeree and her husband John moved to Fremont from Gretna for career and family changes and have been excited to be a part of the Fremont Community. From 2014 - 2017 after moving to Fremont, Jeree changed job positions closer to home to begin to treat patients in the Fremont area as an outpatient therapist at Nye Legacy working in aquatics, orthopaedics and treating Parkinsons patients. While at Nye Legacy, she obtained her LSVT Big Certification and also specializes in treating Parkinsons patients.
Jeree continues to have a passion for treating orthopedic patients of all ages, and her vision has been to create a facility that integrates multiple areas of specialty therapy services with addition of wellness facility as a continuum of care in an outcome based and cost efficient model for all patients.
Jeree and her husband John have 3 active boys involved in various activities and sports at Fremont Public Schools and are members at First Lutheran Church. Jeree, John, Keegan, Tyas and Nolan enjoy multiple sports and active outdoor lifestyle which includes fishing and watersports as a past-time.
Jessica Leszinski P.T., DPT - Staff Physical Therapist
Jessica grew up in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. She went on to attend the University of Minnesota and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Concordia University in St.Paul MN. She recently moved to the Omaha area and had been working in a variety of settings including skilled nursing, acute care, aquatic therapy and home health. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and in the Orthopedic, Neurology, and Sports Sections. She joined Fremont Therapy in May of 2019. Jessica has a passion of treating lower extremity injuries, especially foot and ankle.
Jon Ringblom P.T.A- Staff Physical Therapist Assistant
Jon grew up in Omaha, NE attending Millard North High School where he was named to the All-Metro baseball team and honorable mention All-State as a senior. He has had a passion for outpatient PT stemming from a dislocated wrist as a freshman in High School and fell in love with the profession while attending PT for recovery. Jon has also recovered from Tommy John surgery on his right elbow in 2010 and a rotator cuff tear repair in 2015 stemming from many years throwing a baseball. Jon continues to have a passion for baseball and is looking forward to reaching out to community leagues to help with screenings and any lessons as needed to help local players excel in their sport. Jon has also completed LSVT Big training and received a certification to work with Parkinsons patients. Jon lives in Fremont with his dog, Griffey (Australian Shepherd). He is an avid Kansas City Royals baseball fan and also enjoys attending Nebraska Huskers Football & Volleyball games, as well as many local concerts. Jon also likes to travel and hopes to get to all 50 states and travel overseas as soon as possible. Jon joined Fremont Therapy & Wellness in Oct. 2017.
Degree: Bachelors Exercise Science: Human Performance with a minor in Coaching- Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA Accomplishments: Named a First Team All-Conference Pitcher as a junior and as a senior in 2014, named IIAC Conference Pitcher of the year, Central Region Pitcher of the Year, and 2nd Team All-American while helping lead BVU to a school record 37 wins and trip to the Regional Tournament.

Nicole Konz, PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant
Nicole grew up on in rural Northwest Iowa, on a farm outside of Hospers, Iowa and attended Gehlen Catholic High School in Le Mars. During high school Nicole was active in volleyball, golf and cheerleading. She also went on a 10-day mission trip to Honduras where she found her passion for helping people. After graduating Nicole attended Northeast Community College in Norfolk and was accepted into the Physical Therapist Assistant program, graduating in 2017. She did clinicals at St. Francis Hospital in WestPoint Nebraska and St Anthony’s in O’Neill Nebraska. Nicole worked for Prairie Rehab, a home health /out-patient setting and Avera Prince of Peace, a skilled nursing facility in Sioux Falls prior to her move toFremont. Nicole is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. She has 2 sisters and 2 nephews and loves spending time with them. She has a passion for running and has completed several 5Ks in the last few years. Along with traveling with friends, she also enjoys going antiquing and looks forward to her yearly trips to Junkstock in Waterloo Ne. She is also planning a wedding for Aug. 2020.
Ashley Sass OTR/L, CPAM -Occupational Therapist - Pelvic Rehab Therapist
Ashely is a well established, local clinician with 10 years of experience. She attended College of Saint Mary for undergraduate and graduate and completed her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2009. She began her work career in Fremont in a skilled nursing facility with an outpatient. She has worked inpatient and outpatient therapy focusing on treating diagnoses including but not limited to stroke, Parkinson’s, dementia, and shoulder, elbow, and hand rehabilitation.
The past 4 years in her career, she has geared her furthering education, clinical expertise and specialization to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction for both women and men and has completed several specialist courses in this area. She joins Fremont Therapy & Wellness to establish a Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation & Incontinence Program as well as provide Occupational Therapy services for orthopedic & neurologic patients. Since 2019, she had grown her specialty to also include patients that have bowel issues and bowel incontinence after obtaining additional training in this area. Ashley is also LSVT Big Certified to work with Parkinsons patients.
In addition, Fremont Therapy & Wellness has developed a specialized, separate treatment area where she can privately treat and specialize in pelvic floor therapy, including treatment of urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic and abdominal pain, constipation, urinary dysfunction, and pain during and after pregnancy. Treatment intervention of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction is noninvasive, specialized for each individual patient, and uses visual Biofeedback therapy technology for best results. Ashley joined Fremont Therapy & Wellness in March of 2018 as the first Occupational Therapist.
Ashley is a native of Lindsay, Ne and loves the small town connection of Fremont, NE. She lives in Arlington with her husband and 2 children. She has a true passion to offer specialized Helvic Health Occupational Therapy services to patients in the Fremont area to help them keep moving forward and reach the highest level of independence possible.

Huong Le OTR/L, CPAM -Occupational Therapist
Huong grew up in Omaha, NE attending Ralston High School where she was active in dance team, tennis, show choir, and band. She attended Creighton University in Omaha and graduated with a Bachelor's in Environmental Science and Minor in Biology. After Creighton, she attended College of Saint Mary (CSM) in Omaha where she completed her undergraduate and graduate studies. She earned a Bachelor's in Rehabilitation Science and Minor in Special Education, and then graduated with a Master's in Occupational Therapy in 2019. While attending CSM, she was a member of the select women's choir ensemble, CSM Singers. The choir auditioned and was selected to sing the National Anthem at Game 9 during the 2016 College World Series.
Both of of Huong’s 12-week clinical rotations reinforced her passion to pursue an OT career that focused on orthopedics. She had the opportunity to complete her first clinical rotation at the hand therapy clinic at OrthoNebraska followed by a rotation on the orthopedic trauma unit at CHI Health CUMC Bergan Mercy. Since graduation, she has been working in both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic settings and is certified in Physical Agent Modalities. Her goal is to specialize in hand therapy and become credentialed as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in the future. Huong enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Dennis (Maltese). After traveling to Peru in 2017 and seeing the ancient Incan city of Machu Picchu, she has made it her lifelong goal to explore the other wonders of the world. Huong joined Fremont Therapy & Wellness in Feb of 2020 to assist in the growing populations of patients seen with hand, wrist and elbow injuries and surgeries.
Rene Schnoor - Office Coordinator
Rene joined Fremont Therapy & Wellness in August of 2019. She is our full-time office coordinator. She has experience in the healthcare setting with reception, billing and overall customer service. She helps to manage many of the day to day activities in our office. Rene is originally from Fremont and attended Fremont High School and currently lives outside of Scribner with her husband and 3 young children. She assists patients with their paperwork, billing and insurance needs as well as staff with day to day clerical needs.
Fremont Therapy & Wellness has intern relationships with Midland University, Fremont High School and several PT and PTA programs. We often times have students present with our therapists and assisting with basic clinic duties. Each of these students are posted on our Facebook Page
