Jeree Menning P.T.,OCS, CSCS - Physical Therapist/Clinic Owner
Jeree grew up in Sioux City, IA and attended Sioux City East where she was a 3x All-State softball player and standout athlete in Basketball and Volleyball. She attended Undergraduate at Morningside College in Sioux City. She was a 1st Team Academic All-American and NCAA/NSCA Div II 1st Team All American softball pitcher setting 2 NCAA Strikeout records and completed in the 1996 Olympic Softball team. She attended Mayo Clinic Program in Physical Therapy in Rochester, MN graduating in 1998 with a Master's In Physical Therapy. Jeree initially worked for UNMC, then OrthoNebraska for 11 years where she was certified in Aquatics, completed her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialization (CSCS) and passed her National Board Certification in Orthopaedics (OCS) in 2010 and recently was recertified with her OCS in 2020. Only 2% of Physical Therapists Nationwide have a OCS certification and there is only one other OCS certified therapist in Fremont. She enjoys treating a variety of patients with her preference in post-op orthopedics. She also has continuing education and experience with Parkinson's patients with LSVT, Graston Technique, Kinesiotaping, EPAT/Shockwave and Dry Needling.
Jeree and her husband John moved to Fremont from Gretna in 2013 career and family changes and have been excited to be a part of the Fremont Community. In 2017 Jeree decided to build and open Fremont Therapy & Wellness. Her vision has been to create a facility that integrates multiple areas of specialty therapy services with addition of wellness facility as a continuum of care in an outcome based and cost efficient model for all patients.
Jeree and her husband John have 3 active boys involved in various activities and sports at Fremont Public Schools and are members at First Lutheran Church. Jeree, John, Keegan (College - Nebraska Football Player) , Tyas (High school) and Nolan(Middle School) enjoy multiple sports and active outdoor lifestyle which includes fishing and watersports as a past-time.
Jessica Lewis P.T., DPT - Physical Therapist
Jessica grew up in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. She went on to attend the University of Minnesota and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Concordia University in St.Paul MN. She moved to the Omaha area in 2018 and had been working in a variety of settings including skilled nursing, acute care, aquatic therapy and home health. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and in the Orthopedic, Neurology, and Sports Sections. Jessica has a passion of treating lower extremity injuries, especially foot and ankle. She and her husband - Mike live in Omaha. Mike is the Strength and Conditioning coach for UNO Hockey.
Jonathan Boyer PT, DPT - Physical Therapist
Jon spent his early childhood in Papillion, Nebraska and then Wasilla, Alaska. Jon played baseball and attended undergraduate at Missouri Baptist University. While his baseball career came to an end, he developed a passion for rehabilitation and attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy. He has an interest in post-op orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Jon has a passion to help young athletes achieve their dreams despite any injuries that arise along their journey. He lives in Elkhorn with his wife Haley who is a Pediatric Physical Therapist. Jon is the main Physical Therapist in the Hooper Clinic.
Whitney Dam PT, DPT - Physical Therapist
Whitney is originally from Fairbury, Nebraska. She attended undergraduate at UNL and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota. Whitney has a variety of therapy experience including outpatient orthopedics, home health and geriatrics. She has received additional training in functional dry needling, pelvic health and LSVT BIG. She lives on a farm outside of Hooper with her husband Derek and 2 children Parker and Augustus.
Jamie Larsen PT, DPT - Physical Therapist
Jamie grew up on a farm in Wahoo, Nebraska. She attended Nebraska Wesleyan University for Exercise Science. In college she participating in cross country and track & field. Jamie completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Briar Cliff University. Her rotations provided her with experience in acute/inpatient care, outpatient care, pediatrics, geriatrics, men and women’s pelvic health, aquatic therapy, home health, and telehealth. Jamie has a passion for treating patients across the lifespan with an emphasis on orthopedics and sports medicine. She also aspires to help coach track & field at the high school level.
Jordan Dredge PT, DPT - Physical Therapist
Jordan grew up in Fremont, Nebraska. He graduated from Fremont Senior High School and then went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at The University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Jordan completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. During his clinical rotations, he provided care in the acute/inpatient, home health, outpatient, and aquatic therapy settings. He has interests in treating post-op orthopedics, geriatrics, and sports medicine. Jordan has a passion to help individuals of all ages achieve their goals during their time in physical therapy.
Ashley Sass OTR/L, CPAM -Occupational Therapist - Pelvic Rehab Therapist
Ashley is a native of Lindsay, Ne and loves the small town connection of Fremont, NE. She has been a therapist for 10+ years, attending College of Saint Mary for undergraduate and graduate and completed her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2009. She has spent most of her career in Fremont in inpatient and outpatient therapy focusing on treating diagnoses including but not limited to stroke, Parkinson’s, dementia, and shoulder, elbow, and hand rehabilitation. The past 7 years in her career, she has focused her clinical expertise and specialization to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction of both bladder and bowel for both women and men and has completed several specialist courses in this area. She joins Fremont Therapy & Wellness to establish a Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation & Incontinence Program as well as provide Occupational Therapy services for orthopedic & neurologic patients. In addition, Fremont Therapy & Wellness has developed a specialized, separate treatment area where she can privately treat and specialize in pelvic floor therapy, including treatment of urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic and abdominal pain, constipation, urinary dysfunction, and pain during and after pregnancy. Treatment intervention of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction is noninvasive, specialized for each individual patient, and uses visual Biofeedback therapy technology for best results. Ashley joined Fremont Therapy & Wellness in March of 2018 as the first Occupational Therapist. Ashley lives in Arlington with her husband Mark and 2 children: Cyrus and Carly and is a Member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Bennington, NE
Diana Laubscher OTR/L, CLT - Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema Therapist
Diana grew up in Katy Texas, but calls Valley, NE her home. She graduated from College of Saint Mary with her Masters In Occupational Therapy in 2013. Diana has worked in inpatient, outpatient, home health, and specialty hospitals throughout Iowa and Nebraska. In 2017, Diana completed a specialty certification in the treatment of Lymphedema (CLT) from the Norton School, and has worked with a variety of patients including post cancer, surgical, wounds, and congenital lymphedema. Diana has experience with Parkinson’s patients and will complete her LSVT BIG. Diana her husband Brandon and two small children Kane and Collette enjoy spending time outside especially in the summer.
Rene Schnoor - Office Coordinator
Rene helps manage billing, scheduling and many day to day office activities. She has experience in the healthcare setting with reception, billing and overall customer service. Rene is originally from Fremont and attended Fremont High School and currently lives outside of Scribner with her husband Tony and 3 young children. She assists patients with their paperwork, billing and insurance needs as well as staff with day to day clerical needs.
Fremont Therapy & Wellness has intern relationships with Midland University, Fremont High School and several PT and PTA programs. We often times have students present with our therapists and assisting with basic clinic duties. Each of these students are posted on our FACEBOOK PAGE
Jean Dibbern - Patient Care Coordinator -
Jean and her Husband Dan live in Fremont, NE. Jean assists the clinic part-time at the front desk as with other patient care tasks.
Laura Keeney - Patient Care Coordinator
Laura is originally from Colorado and moved to the Fremont area to run track at Midland University. She has 4 grown children and lives in Wahoo, NE Laura is our main front desk Coordinator.
