"I am so thankful Fremont Therapy and Wellness was there for me! They handled everything with care and professionalism. Not only did they help me to fully recover from a devastating injury and surgery, they took care of communications between my surgeon, the therapists and my insurance. Jordan, Larissa, Jodee, Whitney and Jeree are some of the best professionals I have ever worked with, and I now count them as true friends as well. It was great to be able to use both the Hooper and Fremont facilities, and I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling. I highly recommend them! "I needed Focused improvement on my gait training and muscle strength in both legs after Hip replacement. The treadmill equipment with air pressure to support your body wait worked wonders!! You cant get that at home. It is much better/quicker than traditional at home therapy exercises the orthopedist give you. JORDAN D. worked on husband on knee replacement, and now my hip replacement...he .was able to teach me effective stretches when sciatic flared up after surgery. Jordan hears what you say and pinpoints the right teaching/ visual or exercise to address your concerns. New facility is clean bright and all the staff personable and helpful..Ifyour Dr gives you a choice between at home or clinical therapy, you should choose Fremont Therapy!! You will reap benefits to your recovery much faster than at home"

"I started going to Fremont Therapy in Dec 2023, and continued through Feb. 2024. Going in for low back pain. The therapy was awesome, then came Water therapy, that was the answer. Today I don't have any low back pain, and able to do some walking without my walker. I would recommend Fremont Therapy for your medical needs. All the therapist are friendly and worked well with the patients."

"I had shoulder surgery back home in Baltimore in late July, and came to Fremont 2 weeks later for school. I started seeing Jordan as soon as I got here, and told him my goals of getting back to powerlifting as soon as it was safe to do so. He listened to me, and would give me stuff week to week on what to do and would communicate that to my coach for me. I am 4 months post op and way ahead of where I thought I would be at this time. Jordan truly is a great PT who will listen and adjust things as need me. Fremont therapy is also an amazing local business with a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. 100/10, would highly recommend"

"I went to Jordan a few months ago with a goal of regaining mobility in my arm. He showed me stretches I could do at home that helped tremendously. My last appointed included dry needling that helped relieve tension in my neck and shoulder. I would do it again. "I attended therapy at both the Fremont and their new Hooper location. The therapists i saw (Gavin and JoDee) were kind and helpful, and I felt that I was being well taken care of. I even worked with the owner Jeree on one of my visits, (she still helps out and sees patients while alsorunning the business). After about a month, it was found that there were some issues regarding my insurance coverage. I contacted the clinic with my concerns and I heard back from Jeree the next business day. The manner in which the issue was resolved exceeded my expectations. This is a truly good business, both the therapist and owners actually care about their patients well-being: physical and mental."

"I was a bit skeptical of going to another therapy establishment in Fremont. My therapist was Jordan and on my first day he got after me on not having my sling on just a few days after my rotator cuff surgery. I did give him attitude about it but it was my fault and he was looking out for my best interest. I told him to push me during therapy "The harder you push, the harder I work and I will never quit". Needless to say he pushed. He got me back to full strength and motion in my right arm after having rotator cuff and biceps tendon repair surgery and back to work in 4 months. I work heavy construction not a desk job. My hats off the Jordan first and foremost. And to the rest of the team and Fremont Therapy and Wellness I will only go to them for anything else I might need in the future. Great team great atmosphere and great results. Best in Fremont for a reason. Well done."

"I walked in with a life long pelvic floor issue. Ashley Sass was able to diagnose my problem on the first visit! With therapy and the tools she taught me, I can sneeze, laugh, cough and pick up my grandkids without accidents. As I continue to do the exercises Ashley taught me I get stronger. "The physical therapist I had was an expert at her field of expertise and had my problem reversing after a couple of sessions. I wasn't able to pursue treatment for personal reason but really didn't need to anyways because even after treatment Ashley taught me enough to keep the process reversing. "Fremont Therapy and Wellness is an amazing facility. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, from the reception desk when you walk in the front door, to the owner and therapists. Whitney was my therapist, she is very knowledgeable and caring. She got me up and walking after a catastrophic knee injury, 3 surgeries and 2 1/2 months of non weight bearing. At the end of therapy she went above and beyond, showing me what I needed to do at the gym to continue my strengthening. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know."

"In the span of 4 months I had a procedure on my left knee & then shattered my left wrist in a slip & fall. I am happy that I had a connection to Fremont Therapy & Wellness through a cousin as I couldn't be more happy with the care & results I achieved through therapy! Jessica was my therapist for both injuries & she was very patient and so easy to talk to during the sessions. She pushed just hard enough that I felt progress after every session. "I've been coming to Fremont therapy for 2 years because I have Parkinson’s. The two therapists that i have, Dianna and Whitney are absolutely terrific. They brighten my spirit with their sense of humor. They motivate me to maximize my time with them. You are so lucky to have them on your staff. Anyone with Parkinson’s should make Fremont Therapy & Wellness their physical therapy provider, for life. It is not just BIG (which is important, every day, at home). FTW pushes the body and mind beyond what even you think you can do. I need them to keep going as long as I can and I know my quality of life will be extended because of their therapies and therapist. I wish they could open a facility for just PARKINSON’S therapies around the underserved areas south of 144th and Center. For the east & south people, they will come. There is a niche to serve the Parkinson’s community. Maybe even use facility, evenings, for support group for caregivers, spouses, patients. To get together, socialize, share tips on how to manage, what others discovered and is helping them at home. All support groups are like 1x a month in morning or lunchtime. A 530pm or 6pm for 90 minutes would be perfect. Start each meeting with EVERYONE performing B.I.G."

"In March 2022 I had shoulder surgery. Jon Boyer is my physical therapist and he specializes in shoulders! He's great and has helped me through the toughest of times as I healed and the ups and downs of post-surgery processes. He has reassured me that I will heal, get better, and be fully mobile! Some of the exercises seemed silly but over time I realized how important those exercise are/were and I feel as though I am almost fully healed with little to no pain most days!! And it hasn't even been a full year since my surgery!!! The other staff and the owner Jeree welcome me every time I walk through the doors, even if I arrive a little bit late. 😁 Everyone there is so friendly and respectful of your space and healing process. I especially love, the love and caring secretary who always greets me with a smile every time I walk through the doors. She also got everyone to VERY quickly fill out a birthday card for me with a little Juice Stop gift card inside! 😜 Love this place and I'm sad but also very grateful that I'll be able to move on and hopefully never see the inside of this facility again. 🤞🤞 Love this place and I highly recommend it."

"I have been going to Fremont Therapy for over a month now. Seeing an occupational therapist as well as a physical therapist. Huang and Jessica are top notch therapists. Professional extremely good at their jobs, friendly and empathetic. I recently had duel carpel tunnel release surgery and have had to build strength in my hands. Thanks to Huang I am on my way to recovery. In addition to carpel tunnel I had a blood clot in my leg and lost a lot of strength in my left leg causing me not be able to do my job. While I'm still working on regaining my strength Jessica has given me one heck of a base to build on. "I am a current PT student that just finished up an 8 week rotation at Fremont Therapy and Wellness. I could not have been more pleased with the quality and sincere learning experience I received during my time on site. The caring staff go above and beyond to ensure they provide all of their patients with a top-notch experience, emphasizing 1:1 patient care while fostering a positive and friendly work environment as they strive to help their patients improve. This facility offers wonderful and unique services with both PT and OT on staff. Some of the different specializations they offer include elbow/wrist/hand therapy, pelvic floor rehab for men and women, and dry needling. The equipment they have available (e.g. a water treadmill and AlterG treadmill) is unique and helpful for individuals rehabbing from a wide range of injuries, surgeries, and/or conditions anywhere from chronic pain to total joint replacements. The knowledgeable staff are so warm and welcoming to patients and their families as well as students, and made me feel like part of their family at FTW these past 8 weeks. I highly recommend this clinic because of the exceptional level of quality and professional care each of the staff provide to ensure their patients "keep moving forward" and feel empowered with individualized care focused on getting to the source of patients' pain and deficits . I'm beyond grateful to all the staff, patients, family of patients, and other students for helping me have a memorable learning experience that has helped me grow both personally and professionally. The Therapist always come up with good "moves" for you and those are not always identical so they have various ways to do whatever stretches are needed for each individual. "From the first appointment 9 weeks ago to the present, everyone at Fremont Therapy and Wellness has been consistently wonderful! They offer so many additional services with their water therapy and dry needling that we would be hard pressed to fine elsewhere. This team is fabulous! Jon and Viktor have not only helped me reclaim my mobility but have done wonders for my baseball knowledge. "Flexibility, resourcefulness, innovative, genuinely caring.. just a few things that come to mind when describing FTW, Jeree, and staff. I came to the clinic almost completely hopeless and with so much back and hip pain that I could barely walk. Jeree was very interested in getting to know my history, what has and hasn't worked, and coming up with a plan to get me moving forward. I chose FTW specifically because they offer aquatic therapy, which is something I've benefited from greatly in the past, and something I didn't find anywhere else in Fremont. They've also introduced me to techniques I'd never even been offered anywhere else and have helped me tremendously. The clinic growth is great evidence of the exceptional care they provide and their forward-moving mission!"

"I came it to Jeree's clinic with a pretty bad shoulder, an old water polo injury I think...after only a few visits and with what I was shown to do on my own a few times a day I feel like a million bucks!
